Dr. Martin Henrichs

Martin has advised Healthcare Services operators across the EMEA region for the past 10 years, as a senior corporate financier at Credit Suisse.  He has played a leading role in high-profile transactions such as the acquisition of Hirslanden by Medi-Clinic, the IPOs of Medica and Life Healthcare, and refinancings for Rhoen Klinikum and Priory Group , amongst many others.  Prior to Credit Suisse, Martin played a similar role at JP Morgan.

Sam Rogers

Sam has a wide range of healthcare industry experience, as both investor and operator.  He joined the Priory Group in 2010 as Director of Corporate Finance. Before this, Sam was a fund manager at Meditor Capital Management in London, responsible for analysing and investing in the global healthcare services and medical technology sectors.  Prior to this, he held a similar position at HSBC Asset Management in New York. Sam holds a BSc in Genetics from the University of Bristol and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Andrew Whelan

Andrew is founder and CEO of Westcott Care Advisory Services, a bespoke advisory service for dependent people and their families.  Prior to that he spent ten years advising healthcare services operators and product manufacturers in the EMEA region as a senior investment banker at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan.  In his spare time Andrew is passionate about music, notably as lead guitarist of the band Moonlighter.  Andrew holds a BA degree in economics from Durham University.
